Cebu City hosts Bisaya Music Festival 2026

Cebu City is set to celebrate the richness, diversity, and continuing evolution of Bisaya music through the Bisaya Music Festival 2026, happening on October 3, 2026, at Plaza Independencia.
The free-admission festival will bring together 22 Bisaya artists and groups for a celebration of music, culture, and Cebuano identity. The lineup features Oh! Caraga, Joseph Gara, Wonggoys, Iping Amores, Jewel Villaflores, The Qings, Ferdinand Aragon, Jerika Teodorico, Kent Charcos, Karla Villondo, Jimmy Ricks, Hometown Kids, Martin Taneo, Franzel Kaye, Akisha Keith, Victoria Leslie, Esther’s, Leeyan, Arza, Bernadeth Jumalon, Nomer, and Lynel Sucalit.
Beyond the performances, the festival will also honor individuals and groups whose work has made exceptional and enduring contributions to Bisaya music and culture through the Bisaya Music Icons recognition.
The recognition celebrates the artists and music makers who have helped shape the Bisaya sound and carry the Cebuano language, culture, and identity forward.
The Bisaya Music Festival 2026 starts at 3 p.m. with gates opening to the public. Admission is free.
